Hi! I'm KatrishaI graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics. I then completed a dietetic internship through Utah State University in 2011. I have experience working as a dietitian in a psychiatric hospital and later an eating disorder center. I have a great passion for helping people struggling with various mental health problems through a weight inclusive, non-diet approach.
Instead of one-size-fits all diets that don't work long term, I will work with you to provide individual guidance that takes into account your mental and physical wellbeing. Our work together will put you on a path to healing your relationship with food, exercise and body.
